How to buy

– Click on “SHOP” page & select the jewellery you are interested in
– Key in the alphabet and number you want to engrave (if available)
– Click “add to cart” once you have confirmed
– Continue shopping by clicking the “SHOP” button or proceed to checkout by clicking the shopping bag icon at top right corner.
– Fill in your details and select preferred payment method
– Make your payment and you’re all done
– Your product will be delivered by 31/8/2019.

What size should I buy

We have one-size-fits-all jewellery made perfect for gifting.

What is your jewellery made of?

It is made with 316L high grade Stainless Steel (widely used in chemical industry).

We plate our jewellery in 14k Gold and Rose Gold colour, which provides extra shine and durability. Rhodium is one of the costliest precious metals due to its rarity.

Warranty

1. All customers of 18 Celebration will receive a 365 days warranty upon purchase of products.

2. Our warranty does not cover situations of wear and tear. Customers are entitled to warranty in situations of faulty manufactures (eg: fallen stones).

3. If you believe your product needs to be replaced under warranty, please send us an email at info@18celebration.com with your order number/receipt, short description, and a photo of the defective product.

Shipping & Delivery

18 Celebration offers RM5 shipping within Malaysia via GDEX and international shipping via FedEx. A complete list of countries we ship to, along with their prices and delivery times is available here.

For international shipment, taxes will not be covered by us.

Shipping FAQ

  • How can I track my order?
    We will notify you via email when we pass your order to our courier partner. You can track your order here. Alternatively, you can track at GDEX (for Malaysia order) and at FEDEX (for international order).
  • What should I do if I haven’t receive my parcel after promised date?
    We sincerely apologise for the delay. Kindly contact our customer support here, and let us know your order number as it ensures a smoother process. Thank you.
  • What happen if I’m not around when the parcel arrived?
    No worries! Our courier partner will either hand it to your residential security guard (provided that they have your permission) or they will leave a “sorry note”. From here, you can schedule for a second delivery.
  • How do custom charges apply for international orders?
    We usually declare the parcel as a gift. The import tax rate depends on the country. For some countries, silver products are tax exempted. Do note that  these taxes will not be covered by us.
Returns & Exchanges

If the product you received was defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 days after you received and we’ll send over a new one to you! Defective products must be returned with their original packaging.

18 Celebration does not allow returns or refunds once payment has been received.

Payment

18 Celebration accepts payments through online transfers (via iPay88), PayPal, credits cards (via PayPal). We use industry standard TLS encryption to ensure your personal information is safe.

You should receive an email confirmation containing your order number and receipt immediately.
